This project involves creating a type specimen book dedicated to the Avant-Garde typeface. It will detail the anatomy, glyphs, and special characters of the typeface, providing a comprehensive understanding of its design. The book will challenge the traditional 70s aesthetic of Avant-Garde by using vibrant colors and bold designs, pushing the typeface to its creative limits. A video to showcase the typeface was also made, using the same design assets.
The primary objective of this project is to explore and document the Avant-Garde typeface in a type specimen book, providing insights into its anatomy, glyphs, history, and special characters. Additionally, the project re-imagines the typeface through the use of bold and vibrant design choices.

Vibrant color schemes, coupled with bold design choices, are incorporated to push the boundaries of this typeface, elevating it to its maximum creative potential through the book as well as the motion piece.
